PSAV Gets It Done

LAKE BUENA VISTA, Fla.—For the fifth consecutive year, PSAV joined forces with Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort to support Grainger’s Customer Event and National Sales and Services Meeting.

The event required a plethora of equipment, resulting in the PSAV team gathering resources all around the region. In addition to that, it was the first year that Grainger requested for one of their events to be held indoors, which presented several last minute adjustments the team had to address.  The team rose to the challenge and ensured that every necessary equipment was there and every adjustment was made.

PSAV provided a blended screen, four other screens, a line array system, a large lighting grid with multiple cameras for the General Session.  PSAV also provided breakout AV with lighting, video and audio for four other tents and provided support at the fireworks show and their 86,000 square-foot tradeshow floor.

To ensure the 6,000 attendees all heard the music during the fireworks show, the team set up speaker stacks on the barges and ran the fiber-cabling underwater.
The event went off without a hitch and the team received positive feedback from attendees and the client.

“The client was very happy with the show and our technical team knocked it out of the park,” said PSAV Senior Sales Manager Bill Kirby.
